books I want to read this month

So, I am late once again, but better late than never. It is October! Not my favorite month, but free candy and costumes is pretty great! This is about the time in the school year when everything seems to be due all at once, at least for me it feels that way! So, I might be ambitious with this TBR. because I have a lot due, but this is the month I want to read my creepy books (book) and books that have to do with witches and mystery and what not. So, the books on my list are:

Big Little Lies by Liane Moriarty

The Elite by Kierra Cass

Cress by Melissa Meyer

A Discovery of Witches by Deborah Hawkins

You by Caroline Keeps

Not necessarily the scariest books, but I don't tend to read a lot of scary stuff. Their is a little mystery and fantasy in their, and I think this is a great time of the year for that! I've already finished one book and am on to the next. Hopefully, I can get an audiobook going and succeed in completing this list.

I hope you all stay safe this year with Halloween and get to watch all your favorite Disney Halloween movies. Mine are the Haloweentown series, Twitches, Hocus Pocus, Harry Potter! And really anything else they want to play that isn't too scary. I did see IT a couple of days ago. It was pretty scary and probably the only scary thing I want to do this month. I'm more into to the fluffy, homey side of October. But, it was something my boyfriend and I were both interested in, so I'm glad I got to watch it!
